Matsushima at Country in New York

Recognised around the world as one of the hottest chefs working in France, Keisuke Matsushima has accepted owner-chef Geoffrey Zakarian’s invitation to bring a taste of the best of Japan-inspired Mediterranean cuisine to New York.  As Guest Chef at the elegant and chic Country, Matsushima presents a 6-course tasting menu for dinner from April 5th - 7th, in what Zakarian describes as “a dining experience not to be missed”.
